How I handle
your details

This page covers what you send me when you join the Analog Signature early access list. It is short on purpose.

Who is responsible

Analog Signature, a Mindfullens studio. I am Lucas, and I run it. Write to me at lucas@analogsignature.com.

What I collect and why

Your email address, and the fact that you ticked the box asking to hear from me. I use it to write to you when early access opens, and for news about the app. The reason is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who else handles it

MailerLite stores the list and sends the emails for me, as my processor. You join the list when you tick the box and send the form. Cloudflare hosts this website. I do not sell your details or share them for marketing.

How long I keep it

Until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and when you use it I stop writing to you and remove your address from the list.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to lucas@analogsignature.com and I will reply within one month. If you are not happy with my answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
